14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@zakharef.com. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to return the item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues 

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us. Please note, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges 

For a faster resolution, we recommend returning the item you have. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item. 

Refunds 

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund transaction.
